The author of the book Prof. Kohol Iornem: A Model for Community Liberation, Mr. Atser Tile Gbabe, has said that the work goes beyond a conventional biography, describing it as a testament to the human spirit and the profound impact one individual can have on their community.
Mr. Atser disclosed this in a letter to friends, explaining that he wrote the book to express his “heartfelt gratitude to Prof. Kohol for sharing his story and vision with me through his life, work, and friendship.”
The book is scheduled for public launch on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at Winika Hotel, Gboko.
Mr. Atser wrote posted on his Facebook page:
