The Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Benue State Council, Comrade Bemdoo Ugber, has congratulated the Executive Secretary of the Benue State Teaching Service Board (TSB), Dr. Bem Tseen, on the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree.

Dr. Tseen, who is also a former Executive Chairman of Kwande Local Government Council (LGC), was awarded a PhD in Educational Administration and Management by the Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi (JOSTUM), earlier this year.

Comrade Ugber described the academic achievement as a testament to Dr. Tseen’s commitment to self-development, academic excellence, and quality leadership. He expressed confidence that the knowledge and expertise acquired through the programme would further strengthen Dr. Tseen’s contributions to the education sector and public service in Benue State.

Dr. Tseen thanked the NUJ chairman for the congratulatory visit and commended Comrade Ugber for his remarkable efforts in repositioning the Benue State Council of the NUJ.

He urged the NUJ chairman to remain steadfast in providing purposeful leadership, advancing the welfare of journalists, and promoting professionalism in the practice of journalism across the state.
