The founder and Executive Director of Mzehemen U Tiv Foundation (MUTF), Prof. Kohol Shadrach Iornem, on Friday, October 17, received the Life Professorial Research Fellowship of the Academy of Executives and Administrators.
Dr. Kohol Iornem, a professor of Business Management, is a Senior Lecturer at Regent College London.
“Before the convocation dinner, we had workshop sessions where I presented a case study on “Boardroom Dilemma: When Profit Margins Clash with Leadership Stability,” Prof. Iornem told TNT over the phone.
Participants found his presentation “highly practical and engaging” and approached him for contact details after his presentation.
This is not the first time Prof. Iornem would be recognised for such academic honours. He earned both his master’s degree and PhD from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and has served as a keynote speaker and chair at numerous international research and practitioner conferences, including the prestigious British Academy of Management conference and the Cambridge Africa Conference, where the African Society of Cambridge University honoured him with the Award of Excellence.
