The President of HFN, Mr Jibril Saidu Ojih, in congratulating Barr. Vembe, on behalf of the Federation, expressed pride in the Benue-born’s achievement, citing his astute administrative and technical experience in Nigerian handball as key factors in his appointment.
“Barrister Vembe’s appointment is a testament to his dedication and expertise in handball,” Atabo Opaluwa, Media Assistant to the President of HFN, quotes the president as saying.
“We are confident that his contributions will further elevate the sport globally,” the president went on.
He says the Federation looks forward to the continued success of the arbitrator.
