Former Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to former Governor Samuel Ortom, Dr Terver Akase, has announced April 30 as the burial date of his mother, Mama Margaret Sena Akase.
The former CPS’s mother embarked on her compulsory assignment last week at the age of 81 years.
Dr Akase, in a statement issued on Monday, April 20, said her mother’s body would leave Bishop Murray Medical Centre, Makurdi, for Agbeede, Konshisha Local Government Area (LGA) on April 29.
According to the statement, there would be a wake at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Igbo, Agbeede, Konshisha, on the same day.
A requiem Mass will be conducted at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Igbo, Agbeede, on April 30, following which will be the interment at the Akase Ikpor Residence, Agbeede.
