ADC unveils new headquarters in Abuja

Date:

African Democratic Congress (ADC) on Monday, November 17, unveiled its new National Headquarters, located at 121 Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse 11, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

In July this year, a coalition of prominent Nigerian politicians adopted ADC as a party structure to wrestle power from the incumbent President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT). David Mark is the National Chairman.

Prominent politicians, including former Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi, former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Babachir Lawal, former Kaduna State Governor Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, former military leader Tunde Ogbeha, Senator Dino Melaye, and former Senate Minority Leader Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, among others, attended the unveiling of the office.

Senator Mark used the occasion to reassure Nigerians that the ADC is prepared to take over the leadership of the country in 2027. He emphasised the need for internal democracy, unity, and party interest above personal ambition, urging members to commit to collective progress.

Senator Mark, who highlighted the significance of the new headquarters, noted that it will serve as a hub for policy development, grassroots mobilization, and innovative governance strategies.

“This building is more than bricks and mortar. It represents our vision for a Nigeria driven by integrity, service, and inclusive leadership,” he said.
