The 331 Benue Company of the Boys’ Brigade (BB) NKST Time on Sunday, August 31, presented The Nation’s Mr. Emmanuel Uja with honours award.
Mr. Uja is the Benue State correspondent of The Nation and a former Chairman of Sport Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Benue State Chapter.
The 331 Benue Company said the award is in acknowledgement of Mr. Uja’s support to the growth of the “Boys’ Brigade 331 Benue Company and humanity.”
Mr. Uja was accompanied to the service by members of the Correspondents’ Chapel of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), led by Mr. Antswem Emmanuel of News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
He was thankful that the company recognised him for the honours and donated for the progress of the gospel through BB.
Benue State Deputy Governor, Dr. Sam Ode, congratulated Mr. Uja on his award. He was represented by the Deputy Chief Press Secretary, office of the Deputy Governor, Mr. Ior Ikyereve.
