Players in the real estate sector of the economy are due to converge on Makurdi, Benue State capital, on June 21st, 2025, for the Makurdi Real Estate Conference 2025.
The conference, organised by 234 Hype Global Resources, is a gathering of real estate professionals, investors, developers, and enthusiasts.
Queen Iveren Tser, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of 234 Hype Global Resources, told TNT that the players in the sector are “all coming together to connect, collaborate, and create opportunities that will reshape the real estate landscape in Makurdi and beyond!”
She explained that the conference is not just an event but a “platform for big ideas, powerful connections, strategic partnerships, and unlocking the next level of growth in real estate.”
A team of eight sector players is planning towards a successful conference with Iveren W. Jude-Iorver as Chairperson of the Planning Committee.
According to Iveren, the conference will be held at Sese Event Centre, Opposite International Market, at 9:00 AM.
