Aker Gajir Foundation grants five scholarship slots to MUTF

The Aker Gajir Foundation has granted the Mzehemen U Tiv Foundation (MUTF) a full scholarship for five students to pursue the National Certificate in Education (NCE) at the Lessel College of Education.

In a communication addressed to Professor Kohol Iornem, President of MUTF, Brother Cyril Gajir, President of the Aker Gajir Foundation, said the development is in compliance with his foundation’s corporate social responsibility.

Part of the letter reads: “As part of our corporate social responsibility, the foundation is pleased to offer scholarships to deserving candidates for the NCE programme at Lessel College of Education, Lessel.

“We are allocating five slots to your organisation to benefit from this scholarship scheme.”

Prof. Iornem told TNT in a chat that his foundation appreciates the Aker Gajir Foundation for the gesture.

He reiterated his foundation’s commitment to community empowerment, innovation, and cultural preservation while also recognising and appreciating Tiv’s sons and daughters who make meaningful contributions to improving society.
