Organisers of Kyegh Sha Shwa (KSS) Cultural Festival have cautioned against the use of party songs, posters, flags, and endorsement at the venue of the 2025 KSS Cultural Festival, saying, KSS is “apolitical.”
2025 KSS is scheduled to be held between December 26 and December 27 at the Civil Service Secretariat, Makurdi, Benue State. December 26 will be variety night, while December 27 will be the main event.
The Convener of the Festival and Tor KSS, Fr. Solomon Ukeyima, issued a note of caution while giving details about the 2025 edition, the 10th since the festival began in 2015.
He requested that attendees “come with a brotherly reconciliation spirit” and return home happily.
According to Fr. Ukeyima, attendees are expected to grace the events in attire that blends Tiv culture.
